Corporate Strategy & Business Development
Haroun is a Chartered Engineer with more than two decades of multidisciplinary engineering experience, including senior roles at Atkins, WSP, Meinhardt and GDM Group, and is a co-founder of Rhodium's engineering business. As Group Executive Director for Corporate Strategy & Business Development, he focuses on commercial growth, strategic partnerships and the development of opportunities across the Group, combining technical understanding with strategic direction.

Lamin Kakay
Group Executive Director
Technology & Operations
Lamin has more than 20 years of experience in technology and software systems, spanning software architecture, systems development, data and database systems, and digital platforms. He leads Rhodium Digital Technologies and, as Group Executive Director for Technology & Operations, directs Group technology strategy, digital transformation and the operational systems that support Rhodium's companies.

Aziz is a Chartered Accountant with more than ten years of experience in financial accounting, audit and statutory reporting across corporate financial environments, including Big Four experience and roles with Wyelands Capital / GFG Alliance, Liberty House Group and Foam & Substance. As Group Chief Financial Officer, he leads financial management, reporting, governance and planning across Rhodium Services Group.
